There are way more photos that i cant be bothered to look for! But, sigh wish we werent so darn far away! At times I do wish I was back in Singapore, and other times I wish you accepted comm/law at monash :( But thank you for everything! You never fail to brighten up the worst days I've had this year and all the other years :) And everytime i'm upset you're the first person I know will def be to lend me a listening ear :D Remember those days where I used to call you just to cry! I cant describe how much I miss singapore! I am having a good time here, but its not fair i want to be back in singapore too, I wish I didnt live so freaking far away, or maybe I wish I could be at two places at one time
Last night was a good night! Had lots of fun with favourite people! Pictures on facebook and a couple will appear here once I get rid of all the essays I am currently struggling to write with too many distractions around me.
I miss my grandparents :( but on the brighter side, Soph turned 19 just two weeks ago, and Melissa's turning 18 in 5 days? Gotta love birthdays! and two of my bestfriends' birthdays are coming up soon! Mel the baby out of all my friends is turning an exciting 18! and Amandy's an old lady like me turning a nifty (HAHA) nineteen! Soon soon, cant wait for exams to end i'm just so sick of it all and trying so hard to get back to the studying routine, I wish god made me a nerd just like all the other nerds in the world! 8)
and I do wish singalia existed! or austpore! :( Sigh I really wish i wasnt so darn far away! Just slightly closer would be better! and I MISS THE SUN! hahahahahha winter = white chicken!
But last night twas a blast! :) havent laughed that long in ages! I laughed till my whole face was aching, jess and sophie laughed with me too till our cheeks were all flushed and red :)
hahahhaa twas a good girly night out :) angels and demons is def a show worth watching though it was rather scary i nearly died of heart attack throughout the show/ had my hands on my face!

For some reason i cant explain
Just a couple of people, most i havent seen in a while that I hardly mention, but really really miss very much from school! Spoke to cloclo yesterday which was good, and mill today which was awesome as well! Makes me sad to think time passes to quickly, I want to be young forever and always! The thought of the "tens" changing my in age next year scares me. Miss hanging out with mill clo meersy maddy iris ally anna etc :( Miss getting hugs and being able to hug everyone! Despite horrible moments and nasty people, high school here was so worth going to! For all the friendships made, I wouldnt give anything in the world to be anywhere else! :)

Time changes everything, seriously everything. Sometimes for the worst, sometimes for the better. I spoke to a friend a couple of days ago, over the phone that I never did think i would ever end up speaking to after leaving school, thinking she hated me. It was surprisingly refreshing talking to her, I never did think our convo would have flown that easily. (Puts the past behind and move on with life :D ) and did actually make me realise how much I've missed her/ the good times :) Haha I guess absence makes the heart grow fonder.
As much as I'm enjoying Uni life, I do occasionally, or well very frequently think of people I really miss and wish they could be in the same uni, or even better, in the same country as me :(

But that aside, I guess we make new friends, friends that might leave someday, or friends that might mean forever, along the way :) But for now I'm more than contented with the best best best best friend I have that will never be in the same country as me :( Maybe cept for short holidays, but hurrrray for the long and amazing friendship that I am hoping will go a long way! I am also glad to have the couple of other close friends here there everywhere, that I too treasure very much.
For the second time this week, I've been in an insanely happy mood! :D

Eeeeeps terrible eyebags! I love wednesdays and seeing my favourite two! :D So I havent been updating much but its 5 weeks into uni and can i just say i LOVE it :) I've made a whole bunch of friends that I hang out with now at uni all day and we do mostly the same subjects so its all good :D I will put pictures up someday when we actually do take some pictures! But commerce ball next thursday and arts ball two thursdays after! I'm actually veery excited! Very excited for both but kinda more for the arts one, cause most of my uni friends are going to that one!!!!! but commerce ball will be good as well cause mel and manda's going and we're going together! So i guess when the balls come and goes the pictures will increase!!! (So yes sarahhhh if you're reading this, pictures soon!!!!) I'm so so so excited! Today was a hot and sunny day! I love hot and sunny days :) 10 more days to easter break!!!!

I am bored I need to get back to the studying routine :( After the massive summer break I am so L-A-Z-Y. So anyway caught up with Lingo just on thursday and we had a good lunch + good time roaming around malvern area + good time catching up :) :) I love lai-ling! :D :D :D teehee! and anyway i am currently in the midst of packing my room, called Mel and we spoke for a while I hope she comes to stay soon! Going to start waterpolo-ing on Monday and probably sign up for the monash gym membership and hopefully Athie and my new friend Laura would join it with me! :D Things at school/uni/whatever arent as bad as I thought it would be & I'm pretty happy to be where I am at the moment cause of the couple of good friends I've made :) :)!

I love uniiiiiii :) :) :) I have made like this group of friends who mostly do psych with me (but then a couple who do like double art degrees but do kinda the same subjects as psych people :D ) its really good! Love love love my friends :) and am really good friends with this girl called Athie (who was from Lauriston as well - but we werent so much in the same friendship group though) but yeah have just become rather good friends with her cause we hang out with the same people/ same group and have lunch at our "usual spot" together and all that :D
and so my friends have bcome her friends and her friends have become mine!! but yeah so far so good!!!! loving it i must say! (well other than the crap-load of homework i have) and going to start waterpolo-ing on monday so yayy.
Also forgot to mention that a couple of my bestfriends are in the same uni as me!!!!
(ie: Mel Mill Manda) :) :) and so is Allison Hendon too! :D teehee v good! so have weekly meet up/ catch up with mel, see manda now and then though i've hardly seen her this week but she knows most of my friends and mill a couple of times :)

Caught up with two of my fvaourite girlies, Chlo and Mill, ystd for lunch at giogios and icecream after at trampoline!! These holidays in Singapore have been more than amazing, despite the frustration at times I loved it and really did not feel like leaving. The friends I've grown closer to, the family that I will always love. Despite the fact that I was loooking so forward to coming back to Aust, I am missing Singapore so much now! :( Anyway cant wait to meet up with people here!!!!!!

Last Christmas
So the year of 2008 is actually coming an end! Cousins from shanghai got back today, and are staying for good and results are coming out too soon :S Things have changed SO MUCH since 2007. I have gotten so used to Australia and my friends there, up to a point that I dont want to leave (apart from the fact grandparents, family, cousins, aunts, uncles, (esp paternal side), and a certain few bestfriends) of mine are in singapore.
I cant explain how much goodness or damage time does but within this short frame of time, I've become closer to a couple of people I never imagined myself being close to :) but on the other hand, seen the selfish sides of many others and seen the drastic change too..
Okay i do have a lot to say but for now I think I should sleep soon, considering the fact 3 monkeys woke me up as soon as they arrived at 6 this morning when i slept at 1.30pm. I look like a panda

I cant explain how much I miss all my friends in melbourne right now :) I know I will miss school next year, I know uni will be different, I know we will drift, but I HOPE we'll remain friends for life :) Well at least with some people i know its possible with others i dont know! This year has been the BEST year of my entire schooling life. I cant explain how many new friendships I've made, and how much stronger the old ones have become

Singapore's weather is KILLING ME :( I get headaches more frequently now :( Which sucks cause then my head hurts hahahhahhahahahaha :D and the weather is so hot the only places that keep me sane are the shopping centers! Meersy's coming to singapore in 4 days, Lailing's coming in 9 days and Amandy is coming in um 52 days! Fun fun fun! :D
Shoppppped today! I need to take my mom out shopping with me. I hate spending my own money and having to pay for things myself :P teehee! and Miss Wong Wan Mei is a percy pig she made me walk so much today my legs hurt..from that dress, to FELCIIIIAAAA to that pair of shorts!! so now i am tired and my legs are sore! Past few days have been pretty well spent :) :) Mel's been over for quite a while and more next week :D I'm excited! Valedictory's so soon and i dont wanna leave :( I love school so much!

Time in school is passing way too fast the word last year feels like yesterday :( I love school (studying aside) cause I liveeee for the awesome friends surrounding me I dont think I'm ready to step in another new world when i'm left alone :/ I know I always worry about how I'm going to drift from everyone cause I cant bear to lose anyone but I guess with this favourite bunch of people I know that our friendship would go a long long way (with plans of spending / replaying our amazing week every year teeheee) I feel so stupid for hating fran and hannah last year instead of getting to know them better (HAHAHA FRAN I BET YOU ARE LAUGHING READING THIS) but anyway cause this just means I've had a year less of awesomeness with them but things change.. for the better and although fran's still mean all the time as Mel says I'll grow accustomed it which I have (Ps: I've matured!!!! :D ) I actually told Hannah today that i hated her so much last year and she hated me too but its all good now ( I put flowers into her hair today about 50!! ) HAHAHAA it was so funny okay random but back to the point, I cant wait for more amazing time/memories with my favourite bunch of people :D

Okay so practice exams are over and I am scared cause I know I am going to have to work my butt off these few weeks before the real ones start!!!! :( This is quite bad. Teehee, so back to school on monday though we've kinda finished school :) But instead of wearing school uniform we get to wear casual clothes! And the sun's finally out!!! Whoopdeedoo!

These two weeks never felt happppppier :D :D
Esp the last few days! :)
Singapore has come and gone and these two weeks have passssed waaaaaay too quickly :( I am terribly homesick atm :( I miss my cousins I miss my room! Anyway so on wednesday night/thursday early morning i was in my room talking to people online and suddenly at about 1ish in the morning 3 heads popppped into my room! and they huggged me :D they were soooo cute! :D :D It came as a surprise to me! cause for the psat few days i had been bugging their mom to bring the kids over since their dad (my uncle) was staying with us! and well she told me kevin had gastro and all and was not feeling well so they definitely couldnt come! (this was tuesday) so i figured they really werent coming and told myself that i would see them at the end of the year again! BUT WELL! they turned up at about 1am wednesday night/ thursday morning! :D :D i was soooo eggcited :) :) and plus the funniest thing was that at about 11 that night i texted my aunt saying "your husband is so boring he went to bed at 9pm and without even entertaining your niece and nephew!" hahahahaha! and 2 hours later they turned up and cause the room light in the room my uncle was sleeping in was switched off and the door was closed so i assumed he was asleep! but little did i know he was at the airport waiting to pick my aunt and my cousins up! i love my dad's side i hvae the best family there ever! :D :D :D :D teehee!
this trip has seriously been waaaay too short and it feels as though i've hardly gotten to see anyone :( though in actual fact i have but like its not enoughhhhh :( anyway i guess everytime i come and go friendships strengtens while others just deteriote and fall apart or maybe its really just because i really dont want to make such a great effort anymore hence i'm slowly giving up :/ that is probably why i avoided meeting certain people these holidays (and no gracia/cari/theresa not all of you!! i was really busy :( ) but anyway yeah :/ ahwells we lose some and we gain some as time flies!

Back from TOK camp, Presentation's over wooooo one less thing to worry about
Roomed with Clo and Iris :) Gooodgoood company, was in soph's and millie's room talking till about 1215? Went back to my room and stayed up with clo and iris talking and I think we all fell asleep at like 1ish whic was probably a problem cause I couldnt wake up today Hehe :)
Mel and I accomplished our "task" and she got my hooooked on this new band she's been youtubing (Like what she told me that vick said: she finally achieved something from "wasting her time youtubing" ) HAHAHAHA Love you lots Melloooooo! :)
I am so tired I was like a zoombie today and the two lectures we had i kept wanting to fall asleeep but stevoshark was just behind so no no no to me sleeeping and so I tried to distract myself :) Last TOK Camp foreverrrrrr, this may sound a little sad/nerdy but I'll miss it and the company and OMG THE SWINGSS (best thing ever)

Rachel is very tired and stresseddd but on the lighter note, 60 days to singapore! And sorry Ling (not that you'd read this :P but anyway) I think I'm gonna miss your birthday again! :( It happens one day afer i leave right?? The dayyyys are gettting colder, like mel says " where is the sun"! Schooool is getting so stressful the workload is getting heavier and heavier as the day goes by, everyone is getting so edgy. A small comment can spark off a whole isssue. New emails from friends keep me happy though I take ages to reply at least I know there are people that careeee :) I reeek so badly of chlorine even though I shower once a day, sometimes twice. School has been too too busy and it keeps me from thinking about how much I miss singapore! Hahaha but I'm going back in July and I'm kinda excited though I know I have to study study study :(

THANK GOD ITS FRIDAY
I swearrrr this week has passed so slowly and slower than it can pass :( It has no doubt beeeen a terrible week. Stayed up till THREE TERRRRRRRIFIC AM last night to get freaking maths portfolio done. Started after schoool in woody's office with clo, and got kicked out cause she was going home so we moved to the common room and mom came to pick us up at 530pm. Dropped clo home first then headed home. Had literally an hour break and worked worked worked. Omg i hate all the stupid IB internally accessed rubbish it takes up too much time and energy. Last night my eyes were going all woozy just staring at the computer screeeen with just nothing but numbers in front of me. Ew fun. Schoooool sucks >:(
I have disgusting piano tmrw I am starting to develop a strong sense of hatred for it. I dont know what i'm doing it. Well at least I am not doing it willingly :( I have been feeeling very antisocial the past few days, Mellllo has gone home so my room is very quiet now :( This is a terrrribly mooody post cause I am not in a very good moood >:(

HELLO WORLD I AM BLOGGING CAUSE MELLO KEEPS TELLING ME I HAVENT UPDATED IN A LONG WHILEEEE ANYWAY..
Hahaha she's beeeen staying with me since sunday night!
and she's going to leave tomorrow night! :( And this week's been a good week cause I've managed to trick fran once!! Well it was yesterday right.. and so mel and i had the same lunch cause mom packed the same lunch for us

Me: Oh well cause her dad knows my mom cooks good lunches and rang my mom to ask what she was going to prepare for me today and prepared it for her

Some song of the killers just poppped up on my ipod haha doesnt bring back very good memories I must say :P Anyway swimmming ystd hahah 5th and 6th in medley and freestyle relay respectively plus it was for the championships and plus this meant that we were like that position amongst all the girls schools in victoria :) Not bad huh :)
Anyway I just realised how unexpected our lives can be, one moment its all happy and the next moment everything just comes crushing down leaving us with nothing but just playbacks the unhappy events happening in our lives. It isnt fair Life isnt fair but of all people why them.

Anywayyyy whoever said coming to australia meant no homework (or maybe less homework) you're wrong and please change that mentality of yours (hahah not referring to anyone in particular) but anyway I HAVE SO MUCH WORK AND SO MUCH DUE AND SO MANY TESTS :(

I just want you you to know
Sometimes I wonder how such heartless, insensitive, unemotional people exist in the world and how they come up with all sorts of excuses to avoid and run away from problems instead of solving them. Sometimes they give people the wrong impression that things are starting a-okay but a couple of days later decide to change their mind and continue with the selfish acts of theirs. The little acts they carry out give people false hope or lead people to believe that things are going to be okay when they are actually not. In times like these what do you expect the other party to do?
But then again as I tell many, the old will leave the new would come. I have made tons of good friends here and I am so grateful for them :) Love Y'all :)

Eeeeeps terrible eyebags! I love wednesdays and seeing my favourite two! :D So I havent been updating much but its 5 weeks into uni and can i just say i LOVE it :) I've made a whole bunch of friends that I hang out with now at uni all day and we do mostly the same subjects so its all good :D I will put pictures up someday when we actually do take some pictures! But commerce ball next thursday and arts ball two thursdays after! I'm actually veery excited! Very excited for both but kinda more for the arts one, cause most of my uni friends are going to that one!!!!! but commerce ball will be good as well cause mel and manda's going and we're going together! So i guess when the balls come and goes the pictures will increase!!! (So yes sarahhhh if you're reading this, pictures soon!!!!) I'm so so so excited! Today was a hot and sunny day!
